By opting in to receive SMS messages from Federal Benefits and Retirement LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms).

SMS Messaging Service

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive conversational SMS text messages from Federal Benefits and Retirement LLC for appointment reminders and general two-way communication about retirement counseling and advice. Message and Data Rates may apply. No mobile opt-in will be shared with anyone for marketing purposes.

Message Frequency

You will get more than one message from us unless you opt-out, and while messaging frequency varies, you will likely receive less than 2 messages a month unless you submit further queries. Federal Benefits and Retirement LLC reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Federal Benefits and Retirement LLC and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.
